Wild Mushroom Identification

A forum for discussions about encounters with wild mushrooms, or just for posting pictures of mushrooms you have found on your expeditions. We request that you kindly follow the below below rules when creating a topic an posting your request

1. 1. When creating a topic to identify a new mushroom, use the following naming convention - "Mushroom Identification Required -Country_State or Province_Descriptor" An example of this would be "Mushroom Identification Required -India_Karnataka_Tree stump covered with white mushrooms"
2. 2. ID requests for multiple mushrooms need to be posted under separate topics to prevent confusion
3. 3. Advertising and/or spamming is not allowed. Advertising and spam posts will be deleted and the poster will be banned.
4. 4. While debating and discussions are fine, no rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts (trolling) will be tolerated. This can result in a temporary suspension or immediate ban depending on the degree of the offense.
